Delete your Inkproof data
Inkproof has no user accounts and no sign-in, so there is no account to delete. You can ask us to delete the data tied to your purchases or your support requests, as described below.
Data on your phone
Uninstalling Inkproof removes the app’s local data from your phone. Images or stencils you saved to Photos or to Pictures/Inkproof stay on your phone until you delete them yourself.
Ask us to delete your data
Email sparkys.inkproof@gmail.com and include:
- Subject: Delete my Inkproof data
- Your Support ID. Open Inkproof and go to Settings, where the Support ID is shown. It lets us find the records linked to your purchases and support requests.
- Optional: your Google Play order number (it starts with “GPA.”), if you bought anything.
We may ask one follow-up question to confirm the request.
What we delete
- Photos and generated images we still hold for your Support ID
- Your purchase and credit record with RevenueCat, our purchase provider
- Your support emails, once your request is complete
Unused credits may be lost when your purchase record is deleted.
What we keep
- Google Play purchase and refund records, plus a minimal record for tax, accounting and fraud, typically for 7 years
- Anything the law requires us to keep
- De-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you
We cannot delete data Meta has already received from Meta’s systems ourselves. Resetting or deleting your advertising ID (Android Settings → Privacy → Ads) breaks the link to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How long it takes
We start within 72 hours of a request we can match to your Support ID. Deletion finishes within 30 days, except where the law requires a record to stay.
Deleting your data or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Inkproof → Cancel.
